[EA App][PC] Preorder & Deluxe items not unlocking no chest issue back again

Hi

I did not want to start another post about this, but I am no longer getting the chest to spawn on my first visit to the lighthouse.

I even waited to see if it would spawn later in the first meditation after decorating Rook's room, but no, I do not get a chest or popup even after the wardrobe message. 

Yes, I have created a brand-new character

Yes I have not skipped any dialogue 

Yes, I have checked my EA App and Game Licensing ( EA App vs EA Play edition ) 

Honestly, I don't know what's going on. I have even disabled my third-party Antivirus software, Kaspersky, and tried a VPN in case it was a "Connecting to Online Services" issue.

I cannot control this connection in-game on my PC or collect debug information to determine any issues, as I lack the knowledge and instructions to monitor it.

      Have you gotten your DLC " preorder and deluxe " content working yet?

      It seems the issue we had has reoccurred for me.

      In case you have not seen this thread topic, thank you for all your help so far, but it appears that the same issue I had before has reoccured 

      Some entitlement errors occur even for EA App users on PC who do not have active EA Play Subs.

      I have spoken to Live EA Chat, and game / DLC content is only credited to an EA Account once 

      Pre-order  "Blood Dragon Armor"  DLC => Entitlement Standalone purchase in EA App 
      Deluxe DLC=> Entitlement Standalone purchase in EA App  or active EA Play Sub  
      Base Game => Entitlement Standalone purchase in EA App  or active EA Play Sub  

      I agree with you from the points you made in another thread topic that the scenario of having an active EA Play sub in the logged-in account to the EA App on PC will cause entitlement issues.

      I can confirm that I do not have any active EA Play. Would it be possible for someone to check my entitlements and reset them on my account?

        Hi and no I still have no access to the DLC I paid for. The pre order and deluxe edition items have not showed up in my game despite them being installed. 

        This issue has gotten so ridiculous. It’s been almost 3 months and still no fix. How insane is that? This should have been a high priority as people are not receiving what they have paid for. This is actually a very serious issue and many countries have laws against this.

    Recover Sola's dagger. The chest will appear (before you meet the Caretaker). However, preorder and deluxe content should be available once you open the chest in infirmary (close to Varric which also serves as outfit manager until you get your room) .

     

    First meeting with Caretaker, notice Rook's outfit (picked up from chest).
