Emmrich quest bug

Hi, I play on ps5. I recruited Emmrich several hours ago but his personal quest doesn't start. 😭 Also reloading old saves is useless...

    Try doing the main story quest Something Wrong if you haven't already, then go back to the Lighthouse - that triggered the quest for me.

I'm having the same issue but going back to Something Wrong didn't fix it for me 😢 not sure what to do, I don't want to progress without doing his quest
