End game
So I beat the game and now I can’t use my character at all? Anyone else have this issue. I load a save file for the last decision and when the credits are done it just throws me back at the main menu...

You mean you can't use the character you finished the game with? I think it's intentional. You finished the game and that's it.
If you want to play another character you need to go to load game and change character to another one you might have started.
