Error on getting "A Final Mysterious Circle" note

I finished the game and went back to before the point of no return to do some stuff so I can get the platinum trophy but I'm having trouble with the Storm Quelled trophy. I have 2 out of 3 notes req...

Make sure to check all 3 locations. You will receive the items always in the same order no matter which location you visit first
