Flickering Beard/Head Hair on Rook :(

Hey all! About 10 hours in, and I've been noticing sometimes I'm getting some extreme flickering in Rook's small beard texture. It seems like it's something to do with the hair strand technology freaking out with lighting and causing weird shadowing effects on his face, but I'm not really sure. Sometimes it seems like just a texture thing. 

Has anyone else run into this? I've been messing with graphical settings and not really getting an answer or solution. If anyone has figured this out, or if it's just a bug at launch, I'd love to know.
