Found a bug and I can no longer progress.

So I was just going through the memory sequence in the crossroads the one where you're going through a lab and I just got to the part after you're supposed to turn a... thing and it opens doors, once I did that I went outside killed the little blobs that spawn and now both doors are locked and I can't interact with either of them, so I'm guessing that I went too fast and should have waited for actual enemies to spawn. Anyways I can no longer progress and I hope the previous save file is OK.
