Dragon Age The Veilgaurd - Language issue

After the lastest update, when I continued by game, everyone was speaking French.  Sure enough it somehow changed in the settings.  SO, I reset it to English and restarted...still French...So both language boxes in setting say English, but everyone is speaking French...What the heck?
