Fresh install stuck on Download in Progress

Question

I just installed the game on PS5 and when I launch the game it says “Download In Progress”. It’ll let me create a character but once I finish creating it pops and alert that asks me to “Please wait for installation to finish”. It’s been sitting for over an hour now with that message still spinning.&nbsp;

If you check the PS5 download center does it show the game is finished or still downloading?&nbsp;

I have the same issue. Download center indicates the game has finished downloading. Right now the game is not playable on PS5.
