There are many LiveKernelEvent Hardware errors in your DxDiag.
Go to your "C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports" folder and upload 2 of the latest a *.dmp file (might be in a subfolder) to your public Onedrive folder or a file sharing page of your choice.

please let me know if they are not accessibleThe module that causes the crashes is "amdfendr.sys" which by itself a driver of the the AMD crash defender tool. This tool logs crashes and is suppose to catch and report driver issues.
This points to corruption inside the AMD driver itself.- Follow this manual to the letter to clean uninstall all AMD graphic driver components.
IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows 11 don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session. - Install the graphics driver > Go online.
