Gamebreaking bug in siege of weisshaupt

When i go to talk to Solas in Siege of Weisshaupt quest screen goes white. You can hear Rook going, but screen stays white all the time. Tried fixing game, reinstalling and teleport to different locations before talking to Solas. Nothing seems to work.
