Heart of the Titan Health bug

I did the quest and grabbed the chest, checked in character, Stats, Health 3,095

Talk to Harrding to leave, got to lighthouse, talked and checked health again and it now says it is 2,695

I loss 400 health. Haven't changed my gear for a long time.

Personal note I thought BGS games where buggy.
