Heroic Leap still bugged?

Actually, from further investigation it also seems like the last hit from Whirlwind (which is also a Smash ability) ALSO doesn’t benefit from the guaranteed critical hit from striking precision. If it is benefiting I’m not seeing the yellow critical hit text that I would see from my normal “Charged Attacks”
