Hunter’s Focus Skill Locks Camera in Combat

Has anyone else encountered the bug on PC with the hunters focus skill locking the camera? It just spins in circles and you cannot adjust up or down to move your character out of the way of melee attacks. It doesn’t reset until combat is over most of the time. It’s really frustrating cause the skill is nice when it works but totally messes up most fights otherwise. I’ve tried setting the lock camera on melee setting on and off with no success.
