INDEX FILE - An error occured while trying to complete your request

At the splash screen when it says to press any button I immediately get this error and cannot progress beyond this point.  I've reinstalled the game, and moved it from hard drive to hard drive.  I've...

I have a solution. My Windows Defender blocked the acces to the savegames folder (don't know why it worked 10h before). So I allowed the game to access the folders (in Windows Defender) and now it's working fine.
