INDEX FILE - An error occured while trying to complete your request

At the splash screen when it says to press any button I immediately get this error and cannot progress beyond this point.  I've reinstalled the game, and moved it from hard drive to hard drive.  I've...

If you go in the Windows Protection history, do you see that Windows was blocking Dragon Age from your (maybe OneDrive) folders? If yes, just allow DragonAge to do so (under Actions). At least that worked for me.
