Inquisitor bug

I customized my inquisitor in the character creator, but when I met her in game she was the default inquisitor in the character creator? I was really sad to see this. I’ve had this issue with my rook a few times and reloading to an earlier save usually fixes the issue but how can I fix this for my inquisitor? This issue with rook has been a recurring problem and I don’t want to keep remaking my inquisitor to fix it. I’m so far into the game and I don’t wanna start over but my inquisitors appearance was really important to me :/

I'm having the same issue and came to see if anyone else knew what was going on or if there was a fix. I made her in the creator over 40 hours ago, just met her for the first time in game, and while some of her appearance was correct... a lot of it isn't. She somehow has two separate sets of eyebrows that are different colors and completely different make up and vallaslin.
While I've noticed the same sort of issues with Rook, that can be fixed by reloading or going into the mirror. There doesn't seem to be the same option for the Inquisitor which is pretty upsetting. Hope we get a fix for this. :<

  • Same thing here! She’s appearing with the default option and bald in EVERY cutscene. It doesn’t matter if i reload the file a thousand times.Same thing happened on my second playthrough and yes I did customise her..

I am having the same issue. Her face is the default, and she has a 'Barbie scalp' (her hair is gone but her scalp has color) every time I try to load the scene. I have tried updating my graphics drivers, reloading a manual save 5 hours prior, closing and reopening the game, restarting my computer, verifying the files on Steam, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, etc. and she is still default and bald. 😭

  • Same here on PS5 :(

I customized both Rook and the Inquisitor at the beginning of the game. The inquisitor I met is the default version, now after all those hours of playing I don't have the strength to go back and maybe experience the same bug, they should allow you to customize the inquisitor just before meeting him or during the game...

    I'm truly speechless...

Loading previous or automatic saves didn't solve the problem...😕
