Mission Causes Audio and Stuttering Issues

What platform are you playing on?

Windows 11 PC

What is happening? (and what do you expect to happen instead?) 

Every time I load into the "Smuggled Relic Case" my game stutters and audio breaks down. I do not encounter this issue on previous missions. CPU usage is at 100% while GPU is only at 60% (med settings)

Does this happen in a specific area of the game?

Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

Lowering settings down to lowest. Full Windows rest. PC sent to shop to ensure hardware was not failing.
