my usual spot dragon age veilguard crash

When i am playing dragon age on neve quest it loads fine then when we go to the dock where she wants to show my here spot it the screen goes dark and it goes to load thhen the game just exits to the desktop with no error showing in event viewer .

 

Any help please

    If you are on a PC try to repair the game. 

    (EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)  
    (Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
