Hi, there. Thanks for the follow-up.

  1. I've confirmed the issue on PC and console (PS5), for multiple users.
  2. Since console only allows 3 total saves, I don't have a pre-patch save to test, but maybe someone else will.
  3. It has happened on every playthrough I've seen since patch, both for me and asking my friends/watching streams. It is reproducible in every Fire & Ice new save.
  4. Neve had a bug that was patched out, where she was appearing as duplicate in this scene. When duplicate Neve was fixed, her ice barrier went missing. Attaching screenshots of the difference.

Same here on PC, with more than one playthrough of this quest encounter since patch 4. I never saw a duplicate Neve in previous playthroughs, but the barrier displayed before patch 4.
