Not loading save

When playing in the passing area in the cutscene where the dragon shows up behind the mayor my game closed out, Instead, had it had an error reloading so I exit out of the game I turned off my computer. I turned it back on it wouldn’t let me re-enter the passing saying that there was an error loading it so I tried to reload into the veil jumpers camp, and when I did changed my Rooks appearance to completely different character I’ll include picture proof of that below
