Part 14 Graphical Issues-Makes ending unplayable

Playing on Windows 11 Steam, starting in Part 14: I have been getting graphical issues where they spasm/flicker with different parts disappearing and reappearing rapidly. I've updated all my drivers...

I get this issue too, and it recently started happening with earlier cut scenes. I haven't been able to find any resolution to it.
