holger1405Sorry it took me a minute to create this thread; I’ve got a busy life right now. But there were no crash dumps for veilguard in the folder, so I’m working on creating one using the command prompt you gave. But will it record anything if the whole system is crashing?

holger1405 As I feared, no crash dump data was saved.

Honestly, I highly recommend against purchasing this game to anyone reading this. I can’t even give an opinion on the game because it’s totally unplayable. I have no recourse. No fix is working and I have thrown away $90. I feel massive regret for purchasing this game.
It was to be feared that this would happen.
The problem is that we slowly running out of options here because we can't pinpoint a specific problem.
The game is running for a good amount of time, so it is most probably not a game related or at least not only game related problem.
Hard crashes like this are almost always at least partly hardware/driver related.
The fact that you don't get a BSOD is also pointing in this direction.
What kind of power supply do you use? (brand and model.)
Lets have one addition test:- Create a new Windows user account (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only Characters from the ASCII table
- Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
- Test the game.

You mentioned in the previous post that you don’t have any overclocking active, does this include AMD Expo? Multiple recent games have had issues while it is enabled causing crashes leaving no crash dump or overall just weird behavior.

My power supply is a Corsair HX 850. And I tested the game in an admin profile, with the issue repeating. - Keith-hates-tax3 months agoRising Rookie

AFAIK, I disabled it and all overclocking AFAIK, I disabled it and all overclocking
Pleases double check this.
My power supply is a Corsair HX 850
You have the same PSU as me and I run a 7950X3D and a 4090 on it, so that should not be the problem either.
Still, as said, this is certainly not a problem of the game alone.
If you set everything in the game settings to minimal, are the crashes still happen after the same time?- Keith-hates-tax3 months agoRising Rookie

Sorry, I was out of state for the past week. I haven’t attempted to play at the absolute minimal settings yet.
And I can confirm I disabled all overclocking.
