[PC] Skill Effect Audio Plays Non-Stop

Encountering a bug with the audio in game. When engaging in battle the audio for weapon effects continues to play even post battle and does not stop. Looping audio for Necrotic Weapons. Stops when I reload the game but returns the next time I get into a battle. 

Playing on PC, Steam Version, i7 12700k RTX 3070 ti Audio settings default
