Preorder bonus armor missing
Preordered a physical copy of the game. Been playing through the story, and there is still no bonus armor showing in my inventory. Anyone else dealing with this glitch?

I've been waiting 2 weeks now I think and still nothing. I really with they made this more of a priority.......
i buyed the geforce now bundle and i havnt the armour. Is it known if the geforce now pack causes any problems when unlocking the pack?. Register the game several days before launch.
I have spoken to 4 different EA support agents and every one of them can not fix this issue and they have no idea why this is happening. This tells me it has to be something on Biowares end and it needs to be fixed in a patch somehow.
So we can rule out EA I think.

What part are you at in the story (whats your current mission)? We have a guide on our help site on what the chest looks like.
A small caveat is, that when you first get to the lighthouse, the chest will be in the room you wake up in. After (once you unlock Rooks room), the chest will be there if you did not open it.
Also, certain items, like the helmets, won't show up until you have acquired your first helmet. This is because all pre-order and deluxe items are transmog outfits so they need something to be applied over.
Hi, I have the same issue and I’ve played for a few hours now. There is no chest in my Rooks room of in hospital leg. I bought CD version for PS5, but I didn’t receive any code - is this the issue?

Preordered a physical copy (xbox series x), and i'm about 5 hours in the game. But i never got the chest. A fix for this problem would be nice.
My first play through I got all my bonuses content once I woke up. But I started a new game and none off my stuff is any where to be seen any ideas really ruined my experience off my second play through

2. Could you also tell us where you purchased the game, if it's digital or with a code redeemed?

I bought the Deluxe edition in EA app and also am missing the bonus content. I sent you DM with some screenshots and second the question how to attach the save folder in the DM.
Here is mine. How do I send you the save file? It says the .csav file is not allowed when I try and copy and paste it in the message box.
Preordered a physical copy for PS5 from Best Buy. Never received a code.
Any update to this? I'm finding it hard to continue playing knowing I'm missing out on the DLC outfits..
I did like someone else on here said to do and it worked. I made a manual save. Then quit the game completely to the dashboard (Xbox) Then for good measure I did a hard reset to my system. As soon as I loaded back in the chest was right there next to Varric, with all my DLC stuff.
Nothing has worked for me. I pre ordered months ago and play on PC through the EA app.
This DLC chest did randomly appear for me once when I loaded a save up, however when I opened it I did not receive anything. I created a new save after opening it just so I have two points of reference to check. After a few hours I reloaded that first save again and the chest was gone. I checked the save after I opened the chest and it also disappeared. This is a very strange bug and I'm really wondering how this even got past QA. We paid for this content and paid months earlier in some instances and we can't even get a hot fix or something.
This issue really needs to be taken more seriously. This is people paying for something and not getting what they paid for.
Hello, can some EA Community Manager confirm if the game through Geforce Now Ultimate Promo gets the Pre-Order bonus, because before the launch it showed in the EA App as Pre-Order for the Standard version of the game and it was clearly checked and counted as Pre-Order, but right now it's missing from Manage>Additional Content.
I've bought the Deluxe Upgrade yesterday and it's the only thing that is shown there. Judging by Star Wars Jedi: Survivor it should include separate DLC for Pre-Order and Deluxe Content, right?
If that is the case, please allow us to buy the Pre-Order separately because I would've bought it directly through EA App.
Since you purchased the deluxe upgrade, EA app should show the following under manage add-ons if you have the preorder bonus as well:
• "Dragon Age™: The Veilguard Deluxe Edition Upgrade
In-game content" <- Deluxe Edition content
• "Dragon Age™: The Veilguard
In-game content" <- Preorder bonus
This is what shows up for me. So it says I have both installed however they are not showing up in my game no matter what I do.
Have you contacted EA support? It might be more their issue.
I've tried the online chat, and they've said that currently it was known bug, but I doubt my case is the same because it's missing from Manage>Additional Content.
