PS5 version keeps freezing

My game keeps freezing on character creation and I can’t even get in to play the game.  I’ve tried resetting my console multiple times, and tried changing the graphics to performance but nothing...

    I’m sorry to hear that 😭 It’s such a shocking release. I don’t even think EA look at these forums
