When you have a moment can we get the following details?
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen in a specific area?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, A copy of your save (you can zip the file to attach it in a reply)
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
