Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

Same. I have been searching online without look. I always bind my movement keys to the arrow keys. I can't believe some AAA game doesn't like you bind movement keys to the arrow keys.
