Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

I am using the Windows PowerToys keyboard mapping tool, and this works. Not an ideal solution, but it's a ok workaround until EA fixes this.

    windows power toys did allow me play whit arrows but could not choise whit dialogs and camera did shake so i gues il wait patch or if there is not coming  then il get refund.
