Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

I have the SAME PROBLEM on the PC version, there is the same post with dozen of other players with this Keyboard problems also reported in Steam community. It is the 2024, with Keyboards hi tech costing also two time the game, it is a game that deserve the keyboard, how it is possible that there are these problems. Hi have to use the MS Game pad to play like a newbuyer baby **bleep** of this type of game.
