Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

Seconding this, i am lefthanded and cannot work with WASD either so i really hope we can get a simple fix for this, it's kinda ridiculous we cannot remap them????

It's pretty crazy that they missed this, do they not have a single left handed developer on their entire team? It's almost unforgivable to be excited about a game for months and then have to spend hours just figuring out a workaround for basic movement. Come on EA...
