Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

I have left side bit paralysed i only can play games whit arrow  mapping choise but seems game what i have waited so long is not game for me what makes me bit sad.
