Going through the arch doesn't trigger party dialog, the start of the dream sequence, anything. Completely locked out of the questline and I've tried everything I can think of. Saving in the area is unavailable too.
Anyone else had this? I've not seen it documented yet and it's driving me mad.
For anyone who hasn't seen the other threads they're working on patching this but want zips of peoples save files. In the patch there's a rather badly worded bug fix that sounds vaguely like this one (and it is this bug) but the patch didn't work so they're trying to pinpoint the issue. Send your saves!
I have no idea where the save file is in the ps5 or how to copy it. And send it where?
I don’t have a save to go back too, this happened to me but my game is actually unplayable. If you don’t do the memories your game will get in a crashed state after the fire and ice mission. At this point I might get a refund since it’s been a few weeks and is still an issue. I cannot fast travel, no scene triggered when I got back to base, I can’t go anywhere or do anything.
Interesting because I got past fire and ice even with this bug and no issues. I feel you tho, watching everyone else finish this before I can has me so bitter that if I'd go for a refund too if I didn't have too many hours. They are trying to fix it thankfully (see my reply in here) even if it feels too little too late.
issue: Cant enter memory in the heights of athim. For the quest regrets of the dread wolf, I can jump done into the memory like normal, but Solas isn't there giving his speech, and the pathway to continue is blocked off.
What I think caused the issue: I dropped down there a few days ago, didn't wanna do the quest yet, so I reloaded the save. Because the auto save feature in this game is wonky, it saved while I was in the memory but when I reloaded it sent me back to the respawn point and glitches out the memory.
What have I tried: left and came back, reloaded the save, deleted the entire game and re-downloaded the game.
What do I want: fix the thing, I've poured too much time into this. I'm not starting a new game
This is exactly how i got this issue! Just put a **bleep** teleporter before the gap.

Save attached from the nearest save point. This is long after the issue occurred but hopefully still helpful (at least I think it's attached... can't see it after posting. If there's somewhere I can email it to instead let me know)

Im playing on PS5 and i cant play the game after the main quest FIRE & ICE because the sidequest from Dead Wolf is bugged too. I dont know what to do and im not spending 50+hours to redo all the game again
Same I just got really annoyed I had to put off playing the main story and I am trying so hard not to get spoilers but I feel like they’ll take their time to finally fix this **bleep** quest I tried playing a whole new character just to pass time and take a break but so far nothing about a new patch or anything and I feel forced to not get the ending I want and it drives me nuts
That memory for Solas wont trigger for my mom either. And apparently that questline is very important for the story. They need to fix this.
