Rook voices missing?

Hi. I have a 40+ hour game in progress on Xbox Series X, using the human male Rook, with British (male 2) voice on low.

for some reason, today (Nov7) I booted the game, after update patch, and two of the British voices are gone. My Rook has defaulted to the American male 1 voice and no other options appear in either the new character creator or the in game mirror in Varrics room.

Anyone else with this bug, and any ideas in a fix?
