Save file load error and rook appearance bug persist after latest patch

Launching the game and hitting continue will without fail display a load error message. Any autosaves I try to load after that will then show the preset used in character creator and not my character...

I have this issue as well. I'm really unhappy about how this problem hasn't been addressed yet. A good number of people seem to be affected and it's far from the only major bug. I really enjoy this game and want to play it, it's just not working.
