Save file load error and rook appearance bug persist after latest patch

Launching the game and hitting continue will without fail display a load error message. Any autosaves I try to load after that will then show the preset used in character creator and not my character...

Good to know they can’t bothered to fix problems that prevent you from playing.

    Even better is that reporting the problem through the EA app results in an error. This has happened days apart. It's like they don't want to hear about problems.
