Save file load error and rook appearance bug persist after latest patch

Launching the game and hitting continue will without fail display a load error message. Any autosaves I try to load after that will then show the preset used in character creator and not my character...

same here, Save file load error and rook appearance bug persist even after patch 4, which clearly stated that would resolve it. So disappointed....
