Sorry to respond to an old thread. I have an alternative suggestion to anyone that finds this like I did. Turning off just Fluid Motion Frames 2 did not help me, but adjusting these settings did:
- AMD Settings:
- Fluid Motion Frames 2 > OFF
- AMD FSR Upscaling > ON
- Radeon Anti-Lag > ON
- Radeon Enhanced Sync > ON
- In-Game Settings:
- V-Sync > OFF
- Triple Buffering >OFF
- Upsample Method > AMD FSR
Hopefully this helps someone.
