Skill tree broken

My game was buggy from the start. I started as a warrior and halfway through the first chapter, she changed to a mage. Even earlier saves all showed MAGE… so that’s weird.

i am now level 13 and my skill tree is completely locked. I can’t acquire any skills in the core at all. The spellblade branch was maxed until I hit the level lock, so that still sort of worked.

i tried to refund all points to start from scratch but now ALL SKILLS ARE LOCKED.

Someone please help
