Spinning Gold From Grey Quest Bug

• I start the mission (which is in Hossberg Wetlands), then move towards the first mercenary group around the dock.
• The first group sometimes appears, sometimes doesn't (I have exited/started the game multiple times).
• The rest of the mercenary groups NEVER appear in their respective areas.
• Some armored corpses on the ground seem to be interactable (interaction button floats above them). When I try to interact, nothing happens (no dialogue is prompted as well).
• When I try to load to a previous save, the menu doesn't appear. Neither do the map or any other menu really. The world starts glitching. My character can still move but overall the game becomes unplayable because of the disappearing ground.
• I force exit the game and reload it. Same thing happens but only during this quest. Never had an issue like this before either.

I am guessing this is a quest specific bug? I didn't have issues continuing the game doing other missions in Dock Town afterwards.
