Taash's Rivain's Legacy Armor Doesn't Render Properly

Taash's armor "Rivan's Legacy" fails to render their body beneath the central chest armor. Additionally, there is a shadow on their neck from an earring that does not exist. See attached screenshot.

After 5 finished playthroughs, this started happening to me. Exactly the same as the other screenshots. Ugh. Even tried repairing the game and reinstalling graphic drivers. Nothing has worked. Please fix this.
