The game was bugged after the first cut scene with Harding at The Light House

After the cutscene with Harding the game became bugged. I got locked in that area because many parts of The Light House were missing. I would get infinite loading if I load a save or jump into chasm. Companions disappeared. I have tried every graphics settings, updated my graphics driver, reinstalled the game, updated the game to patched 2, I don't use any mods. This error has been around since the first version of the game.
