Thin black line across screen in necropolis

Question

I’m having an issue in the Necropolis of a thin black line horizontally across my screen. It comes and goes as you move around. I’ve seen this exact issue on Reddit as well with others having the same issue. Wondering if anyone has found a solution to this.

Playing around with the settings makes no difference as far as I can tell

Yeah this happens to me as well. Noticeable whenever panning the camera. Also if I am in the zone too long textures start breaking, environments start flickering and npc body parts start going invisible which then leads to huge fps drops. Requires a full exit and restart to fix but will happen if I stick around for a while again.
