Unable to interact with Unique chests, Skill Point statues and Health Up statues

As title states, Unable to interact with Any of these things. Started after I acquired the Grey Warden Companion.
I have tried:
Reloading a previous save.
Restarting the game.
Reinstalling the game (Don't know why this would fix It, just foresaw a "Reinstall your game" comment)
Saving then Dying and Then loading that save.
None of this has worked. Quite frustrated that these very important mechanics are shut off from me.
