Veil Jumper Camp Issue

Hello,

I just finished defeating the Darkspawn ogre at the end of Arlathan Forest. After I go talk to Bellara to tell her I'm ready to head to the Veil Jumper camp, my screen goes black to load the next scene and it doesn't move from there. After I hit Alt+F4, I waited a moment and then booted up the game. When I tried to load from the auto save for the Veil Jumper camp, it took about 5 minutes to load and when it finally did, the texture graphics were lowered down from High, even though that's what I have them set as. After the cutscene finished, I tried going to talk to the merchant and no UI came up for the merchant and I can't back out or pause the game. 

I have my graphics set to high and haven't had any issues before this with any freezing or the texture graphics changing between scenes. Anyone have advice on how to fix this or did I come across a bug that I wouldn't be able to fix myself?
