Veilguard, series x installation stops

I have had a search and can see this came up a lot, but no real fix. 

Does anybody know how to fix the game from stopping installation at 5% from disc 1. Keeps saying check disc, nothing wrong with disc. 

I've tried everything, I also tried a different game and that's fine. It's just Veilguard.

Please help!
