Xbox glitch stuck in final quest

Right after paying respects to the dead, can't go forward or back or even fast travel anywhere, the game is broke and I can't even finish it. I even used autosave and tried skipping the paying respects. But still locked out of advancing, or going back or even just going else where. 

It says to meet with the team, I can see the room BUT I just bounce off a blank wall. No way forward, or back, or even back to the light house.
