Feedback on Download settings

As someone who has a limited bandwidth and multiple household internet users, the ability and choice to restrict download limits from within the EA play's app settings would be a big QOL. All other competitor's launchers have this useful feature and I think your app should as well.

For example, I would normally within "Hot Water Vapor" 's app restrict all downloads to 3600kbs, leaving half of my bandwidth still available for others within the house (streaming/ gaming/ studying etc). I can still restrict the app's download limits by going within windows settings, but it is a hassle and takes far longer when compared to "Hot Water Vapor" or even "Old Geriatric Games" and your partners Microsoft, and they're Xbox Game pass App.

I made a 5 minute mock up in msPaint to give a visual example of the feature I think you are missing, and would like to see added.
