Heavy input delay in FC25

Honestly thought we turned a corner with the gameplay since the update, it did genuinely feel a lot better until yesterday when I started getting delay with every aspect of the game. Delayed passing, delayed shooting, delayed player movement and delayed player switching. 

Anyone else having similar issues?
