How Do I Repair Games With EA App?

I keep getting Error Code 109. Guides say to delete "localthumbcache" and repair the game with the origin app, which is no longer possible due to EA's decision to force people to use the EA app. So I...

    To Repair a game in EA app: 

    Click into to game then click Manage and then you have the option to Repair.
