I get where you’re coming from; your post definitely packs a punch! Just to clear things up, though, there’s no “sick joke” or secret plot to make things harder for players. The family sharing situation is a hot topic, and you’re not the only one who’s brought it up. Right now, our sharing policies are mostly about keeping accounts secure and making sure everyone plays fair, not about making life difficult.

I totally hear you on the DLC front, too. The Sims 4 has a lot of content, and it can add up. Your feedback (and frustration) is valid.

If you ever want to discuss specifics or need help with your account, just let us know. We’re not out to make anyone feel bad for supporting us, and we appreciate your sticking with us, even when you’re mad or sad about it.
